Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

5 years of experience in occupancy planning and facilities, with an emphasis on planning, facilities, hospitality, corporate services, property management, or equivalent office management experience
Experience developing and managing occupancy plans and scenario planning
Preferred qualifications:

Experience developing and managing budgets, including capital budget justification
Experience and proficiency in operating projects (e.g., scenario planning, developing action plans to address short, mid, and long term objectives, etc.)
Strategic, analytical, operational, and services experience, including the ability to work in a collaborative environment
Excellent financial, agreement management, and purchasing skills

In this role, you will utilize expertise in real estate, workspace strategy and planning, and facilities management. You’ll be responsible for facility operations, supporting a large, dynamic, fast-growing site and region.

Responsibilities
Serve as a key occupancy planning point of contact as a key partner on the Facility Service Operations team for the site/region, managing capacity and space planning, move coordination, and implementation of processes and procedures.
Maintain relationships with the business to understand needs and drivers and collaborate with the vendor partner occupancy planners to track and develop well informed plans to recommend.
Manage and analyze data from various systems in partnership with the vendor partner occupancy planners to develop and communicate occupancy scenarios that drive optimal performance and workflow of the business.
Manage projects through completion, as well as facilities furniture and relocation operating budgets and associated vendor service agreements.
