You will learn the fundamentals of product buying and logistics from curation, to relationship management, to analytics and forecasting.ResponsibilitiesSome daily responsibilities include:Business Operations: An organizer to help manage a picture of the priories, projects, decisions, and actions that should be in the brain space of the CEOSupport CEO to manage company priorities: do calendar audits, review and synthesize metrics/initiatives to support company priority settingSpearhead special projects: lead a metrics overhaul, do customer research on an adjacent business opportunity, create pitch deck for new opportunity, manage daily tasksOversee staff/internal operations: prepare agendas, take notes, and assign action items at weekly meetings, manage the quarterly and annual planning processes, support with critical meeting prep, create decision-making frameworks, manage All Hands programmingRequirementsQualified candidates have an affinity for fine details, a passion for brand discovery, a high level of comfort with analytics and spreadsheets, and a love for logistics. Strong communication skills, both internally and externally, are also critical to your success. At a minimum, we hope some of the following bullets are ways you might describe yourself:Super Organizer — Because a CoS is often brought in to help bring order to things, the individual needs to be a methodical organizer.Get Stuff Done Reputation – The CEO needs to know that responsibilities or tasks that fall to the CoS are guaranteed to get done.
