Synopsis

This is an opportunity to join a young, diverse and dynamic team of professionals who are bridging the formulation of Etihad’s strategy with its execution. The individual will be required to work closely with senior stakeholders across the group (and potentially external parties) to ensure achievement of key strategic initiatives, delivery of tangible financial benefits which form part of the transformation programme, performance management to drive delivery of the organisations objectives and enterprise risk management to safeguard or ensure the organisation is prepared for future events which may result in deviation from our objectives. The individual must have solid communication skills which can be leveraged across PowerPoint, financial literacy along with strong excel skills to enable data analysis.

Accountabilities
Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders ensuring she / he is able to understand the business unit she / he supportsSupport Executive Leadership in the development of appropriate scorecards which align to overarching Group corporate scorecardSupport business units in the identification and delivery of transformation initiatives as part of annual budget or incremental initiatives to close financial gapsWork closely with stakeholders to ensure delivery of key strategic initiatives / projects – support with hands on project management to maintain project timelines and budgetsEnsure development, analysis and review of monthly performance against commited targets in an accurate and timely mannerWork closely with identified champions and leadership in the identification, assessment of enterprise risks along with the response strategies, including delivery of mitigation plansChallenge and advice stakeholders in an approrpirate mannerEnsure integrity of data is in place with transformation, performance and risk being recorded in our central database with an auditable trailEnsure governance and controls with decisions and actions across initiatives and the various executive committees are recorded and communicated approrpiatelyPrepare monthly Executive Committee presentations in conjunction with the businessMaintain confidentiality of all information shared at all times.
Education & Experience
Degree level qualification requiredAt least 5 years experience including consulting, strategy or financial rolesStrong PowerPoint and Excel skills are a necessity with awareness of data analysis and visualisation tools/techniquesTraining and practice in structured performance improvement (Sigma/Lean/Agile) is preferred
