Job Description

Effective 8/2/2021, sign-on bonus of $300.00 will be paid in two equal payments, $150.00 when successfully completing first 60 days, then another $150.00 when successfully completing 90 days of employment.
Education & Qualifications: Must have a valid PA Driver’s license and a clean motor vehicle record. Must be at least 18 years of age. Motor vehicle record check is required. Medical Examiner’s Certification is required. Must have a sound understanding of maps and directions. Must be able to operate a GPS system. Must be able to sit to drive for length of delivery trip, which can be up to a maximum of 2.5-3 hours each way.
Essential Functions:
Drive delivery trucks to and from fundraising locations.
Obeys all driver safety rules.
Adheres to the Company Driver’s Policy as outlined in the Employee handbook.
Fuel vehicles when needed and upon return from delivery route.
Load delivery trucks by hand with loads of up to 60 lbs.
Establish and map delivery routes to ensure timely delivery to all customers.
Unload delivery trucks by hand; up to 60 lbs.
Carry and lift products off the truck across varying types of terrain.
Verify orders are correct.
Daily perform and document DOT Pre and Post trip inspections
First driver to operate a vehicle after repairs will inspect and sign off
Provide excellent customer service and report any complaints to management immediately.
Deliver invoices to customers, verify and collect payments upon delivery.
Provide help and support to co-workers on an ongoing basis.
Other Responsibilities:
Maintain and protect employee, customer, and consumer confidentiality.
Report to and from work at assigned time.
Adhere to dress code policy.
Must be reliable and able to work in a team atmosphere.
Complete other duties as assigned.
