We are looking for a high-energy Director, Product Management – Content to join our team. You will manage the content product management team and lead a customer-focused product organization. This includes on-going product innovation; working with the content development team to prioritize both new content and content maintenance of our growing course catalog; and leading the team in identifying and building relationships with content partners and SMEs.
The work includes a deep understanding of the market, Traliant’s strengths and value proposition, competitive product offerings; and capabilities, activities, and systems needed to win. This is a highly collaborative position that will work across multiple departments including sales, marketing, and client services.

Perform detailed market, product, and competitive research.
Interface with customers and users to understand what drives value for them.
Conduct thorough, effective product discovery and validation with customers, users, stakeholders.
Collaborate with product delivery teams to size and prioritize development items.
Document product requirements and specs.
Contribute to and execute on product roadmap.
Create product descriptions.
Collaborate with product marketing on campaigns, rollouts, and creation of sales collateral.
Evaluate product success, including setting and delivering on product Key Performance Indicators.
Work with Content Development to develop and deploy new eLearning courses and content.
Manage stakeholder feedback and communications.
Identify and build relationships with content partners and SMEs.
Skills and Experience
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in product management
Bachelor’s degree in, human resources, business administration, legal studies, or a relevant field
Ability to speak to senior HR and legal staff at F1000 companies and gain a comprehensive understanding of prospects and customers
Proficient in reading and understanding laws and regulations relating to compliance topics
Familiarity with Instructional Design principles and the eLearning course creation processes
Familiarity with ethics and compliance topics and strategies
Strong team player with a track record of cross-functional collaboration
This is a remote position; you will be working from your home office.
