Lead the strategy, development and execution of regional brand heat marketing plans that launch and maximize our collaboration partners, culture partners, and activate our brand during key regional cultural moments, such as Black History Month, International Women’s Month, Hispanic Heritage Month
Act as the key point of contact between Go-To-Market stakeholders (marketing, merchandising, sales, retail, and global functions) in relation to brand heat and culture marketing programs
Develop sell-in marketing hype plans to excite internal and external stakeholders on brand heat and culture marketing programs
Work in tandem with Director of DEI to provide marketing support and guidance on implementation of DEI efforts
Lead cross-functional team members in the regional marketing planning and execution for key brand campaigns (ex. Women’s Campaign)
Work with Category Marketing Leaders to develop heat and cultural marketing integration opportunities for key franchise plans like ComplexCon, Music Festivals, SneakerCon
Work directly with marketing counterparts at external collaboration and partner organizations to plan and execute joint marketing efforts
Drive PUMA’s cultural relevance and consumer connectivity strategies in key cities across the region
Effectively influence cross-department teams to work in unison according to the determined strategy
12+ years of relevant experience
Expert level cross-functional leadership, excellent project management skills and a keen understanding of what’s happening in culture
Demonstrated success working in matrix organizations and agile groups
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage ambiguity
High level of comfort to deal with unanticipated changes (adaptability)
Fluency in all types of marketing channels and how to bring them together
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across local and global departments and with external partners
Skilled storyteller with the ability to bring others to an understanding of a complex set of marketing elements
Excellent communication, written and presentation skills
Detail oriented and organized with strong planning, organizational and implementation skills
Experience providing project status reports to senior executives
