This is an exciting time within our company as we are in an organic and inorganic growth phase and we are seeking an experienced Email marketer to join our growing marketing team as an Email Marketing Specialist. The role will be responsible for owning aspects of our email program.
This is a new role in a growing team that has an increased focus on using all aspects of digital marketing to drive lead generation. You can really make your mark in an area of focus for the business. It’s all at a successful, $300MM, growing, 66 year old company with ambitions to get to $1 billion in revenues.

Responsibilities:

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
CRM database management – Centralize, cleanse, append and grow our database in a prioritized way that grows our accessible market and increases our visibility. Improve our ability to segment and target specific customer groups.
Lead generating email programs – Develop and implement a calendar-based email strategy – with components that are both parts of larger, integrated campaigns, as well as stand alone programs.
Nurture programs – Develop and implement a nurture program that has the dual objective of both progressively profiling as well as nurturing prospects through to MQL’s that can be handed to the sales team.
Content creation – Create email content. This includes item level content specific emails as well as the development and use of best practice templates and techniques – designed to maximize open rates and click-through-rates.
Testing and optimization – Utilize A/B testing and other approaches to optimize key metrics and drive continuous improvement.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
The new Digital Specialist will report to Keith Armold, Ellison’s Director of Digital Marketing. Keith works remotely, close to Ellison’s Houston office.
Qualifications:

EXPERIENCE & SKILLSET
Email marketing program building within a B2B solution marketing environment – Experience for brands with a solution based go to market strategy that includes some type of high value technical hardware/capital equipment + accessories + software + service.
Martech familiarity. Comfortable working with SFDC or a similar CRM tool
Capability building, backed by results – The interview process will include an expectation that the candidate will be able to show KPI’s that can back this up.
EXPERIENCE MANDATORIES
3+ years implementing email programs for high value B2B solutions that includes hardware, software and service components.
