321 Web Marketing is a digital marketing agency that is seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist to join our highly collaborative team.We are searching for a Digital Marketing Strategist who is passionate about helping organizations with digital content and developing digital marketing strategies. This individual will support account management, keyword research, content generation, quality assurance and content distribution processes.This team member will be part of a growing, dynamic team of digital marketers dedicated to marketing service innovation and delivering excellence to our clients.Roles & Responsibilities: Deliver reports, analysis, and strategies to clients during monthly briefings.Build strong clients relationships through monthly briefings and ticketing support.Develop custom digital marketing campaigns and strategies to grow organic traffic, constantly seeking keyword and content opportunities.Execute digital marketing audits, keyword research, competitor analysis, and campaign reviews.Meet deliverable deadlines, while proactively communicating expectations to the rest of the team and client.Create and improve client campaigns through analysis of campaign data.Stay up to date with digital marketing best practices, in addition to collaborating with the internal team on which techniques and strategies are working best.Execute continuous improvement of client management and campaign performance standards.Assist with product and content taxonomy and web page tagging to achieve strong SEOCoordinates and assists in maintenance requests for B2C and/or B2B sitesBuilds strong relationships with peers, other departments, and managers to best meet company goals and objectivesAdditional skills: Proficiency in SEO, Marketing, and Project Management tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Majestic, SEMrush, Microsoft Office, G Suite, and PhotoshopExperience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other data-oriented platformsAbility to use raw information and data to create digital marketing strategyKnowledge of SEO and major factors that drive long-term successStrong understanding of HTML and WordPressPreferred Qualities: Passionate about data-driven marketing to drive resultsOutgoing and actively engage their coworkers with enthusiasmProvides and seeks thoughtful, constructive feedback from peers and leadsLove consuming new information through digital and printed mediumsSeek growth outside of the workplaceFacilitates the growth of others by proactively providing information, resources, and mentorship/cooperationComfortable with learning new tools, and being solution agnosticTakes the lead on project and role areasTeam members are held accountable for negative results but also celebrated for positive resultsThe belief that successes and failures are sharedTeam members identify opportunities and areas for innovationIdentifies necessary contextual information to generate a plan of action or solutionEducation and Job Knowledge: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field3+ years of professional experienceJob Type: Full-timePay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayApplication Question(s):What is your minimum annual salary requirement?Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:SEO: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location: Remote
