Job Description
We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Beauty, Health, and Wellness operations team! As an integral part of the media operations team, the Digital Marketing Specialist creates, delivers, and measures paid media activations across digital platforms such as social, web, and email. This position requires the ability to create and deliver high-volume advertising and branded content while collaborating with our operations and content teams in the execution of full-scale campaigns.
Must be organized and have a love for marketing in all digital media channels. Previous experience in B2B marketing or social media in the Beauty, Health, and Wellness industry is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:
Produce, deploy, and monitor a high volume of digital content, both owned and paid, across digital media channels
Create engaging and actionable content for posting on social media platforms, using supplied and in-house assets
Execute targeted ad campaigns and paid promotions on social platforms
Edit supplied copy, image, and video assets for social and website content
Promote, schedule, and manage livestreams on Facebook and Instagram platforms
Track and report on campaign performance, measuring against client KPIs and assigned budgets
Produce email and web promotions in support of branded content, using content management systems and related tools
Track and report on program delivery using key project management tools
Strategize with key stakeholders in content and sales, lending marketing and design support to program development
Apply best practices to all digital marketing campaigns and adhere to brand voice and style guidelines
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in digital marketing or project management in a creative environment
Related Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience creating and managing branded content on social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Working knowledge of design and editing applications such as Canva, Promo and Adobe Photoshop
Experience working in content management systems to produce landing pages and e-promotions
Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and Instagram Insights
Proven project management skills, including the ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects utilizing JIRA and Asana
