With a focus on driving digital demand, you will be responsible for our overall strategy across all digital channels. You will work closely with the Senior Director of Global Demand Generation, the Head of Content Marketing, and the Website Manager to create integrated programs that drive rich engagement throughout the buyer’s journey in our target segments, generating a predictable pipeline and driving greater market share capture. The ideal candidate will use data-driven digital strategies and tactics to find our buyers and effectively promote our value proposition and solutions.*Responsibilities*Develop, manage, and report on integrated global digital campaigns involving social, content syndication, intent tools, and traditional email, advertising, PPC (pay per click), and SEO (Search Engine Optimization)Manage and collaborate with external advertising, SEO, and programmatic consultantsIn partnership with our programmatic consultants, develop and manage our Google Display Network and retargeting strategyManage metrics and make recommendations regarding Drift chatbot implementation to maximize conversions and buyer self-service behaviorsManage content syndication relationships and coordinate with content marketing team to identify existing or potential assets that could drive awareness and interestManage indirect influence channels such as G2 and Gartner Peer InsightsDevelop an A/B testing framework for all digital lead gen tactics and continuously monitor and reporting on relevant learningsManage the activity research and creation of large keyword lists, including “single ad keyword groups” (SKAGs) creation and analysisMonitor and evaluate search activity across major channels to identify new messaging and SEO opportunitiesCoordinate with content marketing and web team to design high-performing landing pages and highly focused content assets that improve conversion ratesContinually gather, analyze, and report key digital marketing data and performance indicators through tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, UTM tracking, intent tools, and content syndication leads, measuring ROI and offering strategic recommendations for continuous improvementsProvide creative copy suggestions and ad templatesQualification/Experience3-5 years of experience developing digital demand generation strategies and campaigns for high-growth, global B2B SaaS companiesDemonstrated experience owning the strategy, framework, development, and execution for multichannel digital demand generation campaigns, targeting enterprise size companiesExpertise in developing engaging and response-producing multichannel acquisition programs to drive prospects through the funnelExpertise with PPC, SEO, content syndication, GDN and paid social channels such as LinkedInExpertise with indirect influencer channels such as social proof sites (G2, Gartner Peer Insights) and content syndicationExcellent understanding of modern digital marketing strategies and buyer-focused marketing strategiesExpertise in all things tracking, analytics, reportingExpertise in A/B testing and experimentation strategiesOutstanding written, communication and presentation skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously with keen attention to detailMetrics focused and result-orientedDemonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentMust be high energy, passionate and have a positive “can-do” attitudeExperience with named accounts and ABM is a plus but not requiredExperience with Challenger sales or marketing methods is a plus but not requiredExperience within the IT sector a huge plusEmployment DetailsHours: Full TimeTravel: 10%Office or Work from Home: Hybrid or Work from homeLocation: RemoteLakeside Software is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer that pursues and hires a diverse workforce.
