The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for working collaboratively with the Marketing and Sales teams to develop and refine digital assets and materials to support marketing automation initiatives. The purpose is to help acquire and maintain dealers and consumers to support the sales organization’s goals and business objectives.

Specifically, the Digital Marketing Specialist works closely with the Corporate Brand Manager, Senior Digital Marketing Specialist and the marketing team to develop corporate and regional marketing materials; craft and build assets in Marketing Cloud to be used in marketing campaigns; assist with management of Marketing Cloud assets and campaigns; develop and create outward facing brand-related promotional items; create and develop content for the Company website; assist in developing support materials and other items to promote and facilitate Dealer Exchange Meetings (DEM) and Sales Leadership Exchange (SLE) meetings; and performs other ad hoc projects (companywide) as requested.

Outcomes and Activities :
T his position will work from home; occasional planned travel to an office location may be required. However, this position is permitted to work at an office location if requested by the team member.
Continually develop and maintain marketing automation materials and communications with the purpose to help acquire and maintain dealers and consumers and support the sales organization’s goals and business objectives, including website marketing, digital advertising, email marking campaigns, Ancillary Product related materials, new product features and release promotions, etc.
Collaborate in building assets for the company’s Marketing Cloud, website and digital advertising such as social media, Google, etc.
Update the corporate website ( www.creditacceptance.com ), keeping it current and developing new features to enhance the user experience, drive traffic through organic and paid search; focus on optimizing SEO and digital advertising.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Analytics, and other departments to produce new and creative growth strategies with the goal of keeping current in a digital environment.

Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Graphic Design or related field.
Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience.
Proficient in MS Office, HTML and Adobe Creative Suite a must.
Experience working in marketing automation systems, such as Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot, Eloqua, Responsys, etc., creating HTML emails and landing pages.
Experience designing websites and/or working in CMS website platforms, such as WordPress, Drupal, Joomla!® or Liferay.
Experience developing marketing materials, including but not limited to website, Google Ads, social media advertising, HTML emails, landing pages, sales support materials, presentations, etc.
Experience with SEO and Google Analytics a must.
Experience identifying and interpreting actionable data to identify areas of opportunity within existing and new marketing campaigns.
Attendance required as outlined by department attendance guidelines.
Targeted Compensation: $ 67,876.27 – $7 9,188.98 base salary + an annual bonus
