The Digital Marketing Manager, Americas is a newly expanded position at Carestream Dental. As our Digital Marketing Manager, you have in-depth understanding of marketing, customer journeys, buyer personas, sales processes, and a passion for digital marketing execution. You will work closely with the America’s Marketing team to deploy marketing strategies through all digital marketing channels to drive awareness and leads for our complete portfolio of products and services.We are looking for an individual to serve as our subject matter expert in the development and deployment of marketing automation campaigns, including but not limited to email marketing, PPC, display ads, social media, remarketing, and other digital marketing channels. This individual will have a drive to know what the latest and greatest trends in digital marketing are and will be quick to learn and implement them.This individual will bring a “digital first” mindset to evolve the way Carestream Dental engages with customers, patients, dealers and business partners.A truly integrated marketing strategy involves digital, but also traditional marketing tactics, content, media, personalization, co-marketing, sponsorship, and events, therefore this person will have a strong understanding of how those best work together to enhance the customer experience and drive business objectives.Essential Functions & Strategy/OpportunityServe as the subject matter expert of marketing tools like Marketo, Showpad, LaunchPad. Marketing tools that are high priorities for improving digital customer engagement in US&C marketing effortsBuild and manage marketing automation activities to increase customer and prospect engagement and ultimately drive lead generationCollaborate with business unit marketing managers to increase the use of digital tools and automation as applicableSupport marketing and event managers to deploy emails within campaigns and to promote events and webinarsCreate and send marketing surveys as neededSegment, build and pull target lists from CRM and other databasesReport on overall digital marketing effectiveness, as well as campaign-specific efforts and use analytics to advise marketing managers how and when to adjust tactical efforts to improve outcomesSupport marketing managers in their ongoing learning of Marketo and campaign developmentPartner with event managers on virtual tradeshows including virtual booth setup, content, and pre/post marketing communicationsPlace display and social paid/ad efforts. Track and measure effectiveness to optimize budget and ROILead PPC efforts in partnership with agency partnersLead marketing efforts for ecommerce through email, social, etc.Manage and track spend associated to digital efforts to ensure staying within budgetEnsure leads are being captured and shared in a timely manner to be entered in CRM and sent to salesStay current on digital marketing trends and recommend opportunities for the organization to be more effective at greater ROI in marketing lead generation effortsPartner with Global Digital Marketing Manager to troubleshoot issues in marketing toolsEssential SkillsAbility to quickly evaluate key digital marketing metrics and strong understanding of those levers to push and pull to best optimize our marketing efforts, resources and budgetCollaborate with cross-functional teams and fellow Americas team members.Interpersonal Skill – Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines, be self-motivated, work comfortably in a fast-paced environment and within group settings, have excellent time-management skills, have an ability to think creatively and strategically, have exceptional problem-solving skillsCommunication skills both in verbal and in written, able to clearly articulate objectives and requirements; appropriately follows-up with project collaboratorsTask management – ability to track multiple projects and requirements; follow-up with deliverables; anticipate challenges and appropriately mitigate.Social Perceptiveness – Being aware of others’ reactions and understanding why they react as they do.Essential Experience and EducationBachelor’s Degree: Digital marketing, Marketing, or related field.Five (5) years experience with Marketo or similar marketing automation tool is a requirementMarketing automation certified a plus but not a requirementDigital marketing certified by AMA, DMI, ANA or other reputable marketing association a plus but not a requirementA candidate for this position must have 5 years in working experience in digital marketing, leading teams, agencies and collaborating with cross-functional teamsExperience creating digital marketing activities that increase engagement and conversions is a mustPassion for understanding personas and buyer journeys to best leverage digital marketing to engage customers / prospects with the right message, at the right time, in the right channelInsights to continuously improve those customer / prospect experiencesCapable of leading and gaining support from cross functional teams for new ways of workingMust have a collaborative spirit, keen sense of organization and attention to detailAbility to work independently and contribute in a team environmentEffective verbal and written communication skillsStrong desire to succeedJob Type: Full-timePay: $85,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: Remote
