Care Synergy has an immediate opening for a Digital Marketing Specialist.
Location: Denver, CO
Status: Full-time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours
Pay Range: $25.14 – $31.30
Supplemental Pay: Based on position, schedule and/or availability: Overtime
Mileage and Expense Reimbursement: 50 cents per mile

REWARDING WORK YOU WILL DO:
Responsible for content oversight, implementation and daily management of the organization’s online marketing and social media initiatives.
Content creations lead for marketing and communication efforts, including social media calendars, newsletters, marketing collateral, email communication, annual report, and website/blog.
Develop social media strategy, calendar, and key messages, in collaboration with Director of Marketing and Communications. Schedule posting of monthly social media as request and/or required.
Track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
Design, edit, and produce graphics for internal and external use on an as-needed basis. May include creation of images for emails, marketing collateral, print and digital advertisements, as well as additional communications materials.
Lead coordination and production efforts of quarterly newsletter and monthly e-newsletter, including establishing timelines, determining content, coordinating/writing content, design, and collaboration to produce print-ready files. Will meet with key personnel throughout the Organization to identify topics.
Assist with content development, improvement, and utilization of internal communication platform across the Organization.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
WHAT WE ARE GOING TO LOVE ABOUT YOU:
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Minimum Experience: Three-five (3-5) years sales, marketing, and/or editorial experience.

Ability to lift/carry a minimum of 30 lbs.
