Responsibilities
Support the end-to-end strategy, execution, monitoring, and optimization of the Nordstrom, Nordstrom Rack and Trunk Club Affiliate programs
Work cross-functionally and collaboratively to identify, design, and deliver test-and-learn opportunities focusing on proving incrementality of these partners
Monitor organic posts to confirm compliance with the Do Not Market list
Using 3rd party tools, monitor paid search ads to enforce compliance regarding our TM+ bidding guidelines
Compile and share asset requirements with Brand and Creative, and ensure timely delivery to partners
Maintain marketing calendar and partner communications, which includes newsletters and text links
Own management of placement tracking including dates, spend, and performance results
Monitor budget pacing, and submit monthly forecasts to Finance
Assist with set up of new vendors in all internal systems
Ensure monthly invoices are received and processed correctly in COUPA
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a concentration in advertising, marketing, economics or finance
4+ Years of relevant career experience
Advanced Excel User (Pivot Tables, Joining Data Sets, Complex Formulas, etc.)
Strategic thinker with excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to deliver on multiple projects with firm deadlines in a rapidly changing environment
Strong communication skills and the confidence to report business updates to Executive Leadership
