Job Description

The position will support the LIFT Product Manager with the testing of new software development, functionality and user experience while troubleshooting and diagnosing with our development team. The support will require clearly communicating functional and technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner with a strong sense of urgency.
REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years’ relevant technical experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, preferred
Combination of education and experience will be considered
Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships cross-functionally
Self-starter who takes initiative with excellent written and oral communication skills with natural sense of urgency
Must possess the ability to manage multiple activities
Previous experience troubleshooting and problem solving required
KEY REPONSIBILITIES:
Heavy diagnostic and troubleshooting via lab testing
Follow documentation and training materials to diagnosis and issue resolution
Update documentation as needed
Research and provide concise results to development team and management
Diagnose mechanical, hardware, software and systems failures, using established procedures
Must be self-discipline, independent, self-motivated, self-starter, and self-directed
This position has authority to substantially affect the relationship between the Digital Marketing team and our end users/customers
Create user flows and charts as needed for all new development requests
Test / QA against user requirements
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Ability to sit at a desk for long periods at a time
Ability to stand for long periods of time while testing
Ability to operate a computer
Ability to communicate, verbal or written, to associates, vendors and customers
Ability to travel as needed
