The Role:
Reporting to the Head Digital Marketing, EMEA, your role as Digital Marketing Manager will be help shape how UGG operates in a digital world with our consumers.
The Digital Marketing manager leads planning, implementation, and optimising media campaigns to activate audiences along their customer journey.
Your Impact:
Responsible for supporting the creation of digital marketing plans and ownership of the paid media budgets across different media channels and markets.
Creating exciting and engaging consumer acquisition campaigns across Display, Paid Social, Search and Affiliates (but not limited to) as well as supporting consumer retention goals and LTV
Key stakeholder in digital marketing forecasts and budgets
Work closely with Trading, CRM and Analytics teams to achieve annual goals and KPIs
Work with Global and Regional Brand Marketing teams to develop cross-channel marketing campaigns that leverage digital opportunities and support regional program
Ensure that all communications are of high quality, on brand and deliver the appropriate message by customer segment
Who You Are
Ability to effectively partner, motivate and inspire internal and external teams
Shows a positive attitude and ability to guide change and prioritise multiple projects
A strategic thinker who can translate top line goals into initiatives
Customer orientated and an advocate in promoting best in class customer experience
We would Love to Hear from People with:
Excellent track record of digital marketing experience
Passion for digital and marketing, ideally within the fashion or lifestyle industry
Demonstrated experience with global, omnichannel, matrixed teams
Fluency in English (other European languages is advantageous)
