The primary role of the Digital Marketing Manager is to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition through digital channels. The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for all paid and owned content presented on websites, social media, apps, and email. The Digital Marketing Manager will plan, implement and measure profitable performance marketing programs, drive positive growth in ecommerce channels, develop, maintain and continuously improve brand websites and 3rd party platforms, and build marketing campaigns which are comprehensively and cohesively deployed to ensure consistency of message and alignment across all efforts. The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for diving deeply into understanding our consumer, our sites and platforms, and how our customer-facing communications are being brought to life through messaging, promotions, pricing, and product merchandising.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to support sales revenue targets
Develop informative packages to provide to other vendors that includes photos, descriptions, specifics, etc. in order to help keep brand identity consistent across websites.
Add/Edit detailed product information, prices, sales, etc. on ecommerce sites on a daily/weekly/monthly basis or as needed.
Analyze data for website traffic. Use this information to develop strategies to promote brand reach and revenue growth in lower areas.
Coordinate seasonal publishes with internal teams and ensure all creative and product content (copy, images, item set-up, etc.) are complete and accurate before launch
Serve as the primary point of contact for site publishing, troubleshooting and execute hot fix requests when issues on the site occur
Build revenue-producing marketing programs using a combination of owned and paid channels including content marketing, SEM, email, display advertising, retargeting, social, and testing new channels
Build and maintain comprehensive program reporting which illustrates campaign performance and channel health
Optimize strategies and methods through testing and iterative application of learnings
Apply SEO best practices to Design, write, execute and analyze performance of email campaigns that are designed to target sales leads, new customers and existing customers on a weekly basis
Work with 3rd party merchandising and publishing to push sales through their networks
Maintain client relationships with vendors to maximize revenue potential and minimize lost opportunities. Analyze individual SKU productivity and placement to ensure all products are optimally promoted and marketed. Work directly with fulfillment and operations teams to ensure web-based shipping software and order processing platform integration is optimal. Lead troubleshooting of integration issues.
Manage 3rd party integrations from sourcing through implementation and operation. Assist with wholesale business operations as needed to ensure robust ecommerce compliance and brand integrity are maintained across all ecommerce partnerships.

5+ years experience in digital marketing, ecommerce marketing or ecommerce operations
5+ years experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced professional setting, implementing feedback from stakeholders across marketing, product, design, and operations
Strong analytical toolkit and capability to synthesize actionable insights from diverse data sources
Familiarity with content management systems and web publishing tools
Experience with using ecommerce platforms such as WooCommerce and Shopify
Experience presenting to and effectively advising senior management
Proficient using skills in variety of tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Analytics, Google docs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail oriented and highly organized, with proven ability to manage multiple, complex tasks simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to identify process opportunities and implement new process where needed
Demonstrated ability to deliver results both independently and as a part of a team.

Language Skills: Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written

As an exempt employee, you’ll receive a competitive base salary of $80,000, paid holidays, PTO and fully paid health, dental and vision insurance.
