We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with a passion for paid social media marketing and the ability to thrive in an exciting, fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing and eCommerce, you will be an integral part of the Sentral marketing team and the primary point of contact for all things paid social.
This role incorporates three pillars of responsibilities.
Social Media Advertising:
Manage the paid social media efforts and performance for the Sentral brand and its communities
Partner with the internal brand, creative, and revenue teams to create and optimize compelling paid social media ads, videos, and images
Ensure brand consistency for all paid social, creative assets
Collaborate with digital agencies to successfully execute paid social campaigns on FB, IG, and TikTok to generate top-of-funnel leads and drive qualified website traffic
Continuously seek new and innovative methods to reach and communicate with target personas via current and recent paid social media platforms
Identify and A/B test new social media marketing initiatives across social channels. Adapt best performing strategies to BAU digital marketing execution
Collaborate with the Director of Digital Marketing & eCommerce to set specific objectives for paid social media initiatives while continuously tracking performance
Create and deliver monthly paid social media analytic reports detailing campaign lead, revenue performance, and marketing insights while highlighting wins, challenges, and opportunities
General Community Account Management:
With the Director of Digital Marketing & eCommerce, manage the overall digital marketing efforts of Sentral’s communities
Participate in weekly digital agency meetings to ensure the agency keeps abreast of community lease needs and executes a digital strategy to fuel lead generation
Partner with internal marketing, product, content, and revenue teams to optimize the community’s overall online presence
Community Online Business Listing Maintenance:
Own and manage all community digital business listings
Ensure listing information is up to date, accurate, optimized for SEO, and set up to track outbound traffic to brand website and visitor performance
Listings include, but are not limited to, Google My Business, Yelp, Yext, and TripAdvisor
Monitor and update listings weekly, ensuring that messaging and offers are consistent with all other digital touchpoints
Track and record site and referral traffic and devise KPIs and goals to measure site performance
Skills and Experience:
2-4 years of experience in creating advertising assets and managing paid Facebook and Instagram campaigns and a proven track record and experience in social media and digital advertising with an agency or client-side
Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics (CPC, CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS, CVR)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills will elevate your ability to multitask and set priorities
Experience as a passionate, self-motivated team player who takes the initiative
Analytical problem solver
Prior multi-family or hospitality experience (preferred but not required)
