About This Opportunity:
Popmenu is looking for a marketing manager to help us drive demand through scaling existing digital marketing channels as well as identify new ones to fuel our growth. Our ideal candidate has experience generating leads in the B2B SaaS space, is an influential rockstar, and understands the need for relentless iteration of key points in the funnel. Reporting to the Lead Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll have the chance to blaze a path for Popmenu and its growth in new and existing channels while also managing a growing investment in digital marketing channels & campaigns.
What You Will be Responsible For
Fueling Demand through Digital Marketing: The marketing manager is responsible for the success of Popmenu digital marketing campaigns end-to-end from planning, through execution to analysis. From managing paid media, to ongoing content and targeting adjustments, to identifying new channels or resources while maintaining best practices to ensure accurate reporting and measurement of campaigns – prioritization and relentless iteration will be key to our success.
Ongoing A/B Testing and Optimization: The marketing manager, in partnership with marketing ops and other key marketing roles, takes small ideas and best practices and puts them side-by-side in tests to ensure for every one step we take back we can take five steps forward to accomplish ambitious goals and maximize ROI.
Informing Content Creation & Ad Design: The marketing manager will work in partnership with agencies and creative resources to share trends during and the results following campaigns that inform and help in the ideation of new creative, messaging, landing pages, ads, etc. unique to buyer personas.
Establish KPI’s and regularly report on progress and next steps to reach monthly, quarterly and yearly goals while managing growing budgets and reallocating as required by market and data trends.
Work cross functionally within the marketing team to support initiatives from Account Based Marketing, Events, Content and Partnership Marketing- increasing views, attendance or non-traditional lead sources- from a paid media perspective. This ranges from creating ads to reporting on campaigns.
Bottom line – in this role it is your responsibility to keep the pipeline consistently growing for our sales team.
What You Bring to the Table
Demonstrable campaign management and reporting skills utilizing tools such as Marketo/Hubspot/Pardot, Google Ads/Tag Manager, Facebook ads and a willingness to learn and implement new channels through hands-on management or agency partnerships.
Looking for a high proficiency in paid social, search, SEO, Google Analytics, VWO and preferred experience with other digital marketing channels such as CTV, audio, and display. Marketo and Salesloft experience is a plus.
Strategic skills – demonstrated experience in establishing and executing campaigns to support a lead generation strategy.
Business acumen – you understand the balance of managing budget/performance while exploring new channels and taking calculated risks that align with our goals.
Outstanding communication skills (verbal, written, and visual) with the ability to influence and build consensus.
A strong sense of curiosity – the ability to see potential in an idea/product/feature and know how and where to present that to the ideal audience and convert.
Start-up ready – you have the confidence and problem-solving skills to be effective in situations with limited information and the ability to pivot with the priorities of the team and brand.
You have a passion for restaurants, dining out, and helping independent restaurant owners grow their business and solidify their position as staples of our communities.
