The role will work collaboratively with a cross-functional team to drive marketing initiatives and growth across all digital channels for our portfolio of brands. We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated, and curious candidate with a keen ability to bring brand to life through strategic planning and management of project execution. All with a focus on connecting to our audience authentically, while driving growth.Through a variety of lifestyle stories, shareable content, and live experiential events, Old Pal +Old Pal Provisions provide its audience with the inspiration to discover and pursue a more enlightened and connected view of the world. Our goal is to turn on and light the world up, from every product launch, state expansion, email or social post.The role will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing all digital marketing campaigns, content, stories and ads that promote Old Pal / Old Pal provisions and our portfolio of brands that includes Nativ and SUPERMAJOR.With a key focus on new audience growth and existing audience engagement, this role will create strategic comms and editorial plans for owned original, organic and paid media and ecommerce growth through storytelling and content-sharing across all digital platforms (websites, email, social, sms).Working closely with our social manager, designer + copywriter, the DMM will help plan editorial calendars, brief in creative work, as well as review and approve all creative before going live.This role will also be responsible for managing monthly paid media budgets for display and paid partnership placements, along with leading strategy and creative execution for these initiatives.WHAT YOU’LL DODevelop and execute multi-channel acquisition and growth marketing strategies across all paid channels, including digital (SEM, Display, Paid Social, Affiliate) and offline channels when applicableWork alongside a dedicated copywriter, content lead, and other members of the creative team to define narratives and evolve creative across all email, social and performance marketing channels and communicationsBrief and collaborate with the creative team on asset development for all content, campaigns and assets needed to execute projects, leading strategy and managing business needs to meet project goalsBrief and manage creative concepting, production, execution, providing key strategic insights and thoughtful feedback and approval of all creative executionsManage monthly budgets for creative production, paid media and digital paid partnershipsProvide insights into paid marketing and owned channel trends to inform customer acquisition effortsOversee campaign management and reporting, including in-depth analytics of LTV, CPA and overall ROI for all initiativesUtilize data-driven methodology, analysis, and measurement to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our digital and performance channelsUtilize Google Analytics and other monitoring platforms to gain actionable customer insights, and to develop consumer cohort segments and messaging strategies for each brandOversee vetting and ongoing performance of external ad agencies and partnersLead and manage site development and maintenance for all sites in the portfolio as main contact for development agencyWHAT YOU HAVEEnthusiastic, creative, entrepreneurial, self-starter attitudeAbility to plan editorial calendars for blog, email and social taking into consideration company initiatives, while also weaving into the mix brand messaging that continues to grow and solidify our digital presenceExperience that demonstrates cutting edge digital work, a deep understanding of user experience, and unique approaches to problem solving in a regulated marketExperience in acquisition, digital performance marketing, or related industry with past direct oversight of programmatic display, retargeting, paid social, SEM/SEO, and funnel optimizationExperience working with and managing creatives (copywriters + designers), as well as project management skillsSolid understanding and interest in performance marketing KPIs as well as the digital marketing landscape, trends, and changes in channel and platform regulationsCollaborative and curious; willing to proactively engage other team members, fostering a strong collaborative team-oriented environmentAbility to manage your own timelines and priorities as part of a cross-functional team, and collaboratively meet deadlines in an agile environmentAdaptable and able to thrive in a fast-changing environmentDetail-oriented and solution-drivenExcellent communication, written and presentation skillsBonus: experience with Shopify, Email Marketing, and/or offline channels (podcasts, direct mail, TV)Job Type: Full-timePay: From $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceEmployee discountFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offProfessional development assistanceVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Marketing: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location:Multiple locationsWork Remotely:Temporarily due to COVID-19Work Location: Multiple Locations
