Octave Bioscience is looking for individuals that are passionate and motivated by our mission and the neuroscience space to join our growing, commercial marketing team. This is an incredible opportunity to be a part of an organization on the ground level. The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of all digital and social omnichannel plans, including optimization of website performance and customer engagement initiatives, to support our existing business as well as upcoming product launches. You will maintain all digital content and utilize metrics to recommend, test and implement a range of improvements designed to attract customers and optimize their digital experience. This role is essential to promote and grow the organization’s brand presence and digital footprint.

The Digital Marketing Manager will report directly to the Head of Marketing and perform the following:
Work closely with the marketing, product and sales teams on campaign strategy, creation and execution to help further build our brand awareness in the market
Manage daily operations of content development, website updates, social media governance, and any operational aspects of digital marketing efforts
Develop and execute digital marketing plans for email, social media/apps, SEO/SEM, paid search, etc.
Effectively manage multiple agency partners to produce marketing assets (ex: microsites, infographics, brochures, PR, blogs, etc) within timelines and on budget; this also involves developing KPI’s and measuring outcomes.
Setup, manage and help run conferences/events
Deliver regular campaign performance analysis and optimization recommendations through different analytics SW and CRM tools
Gather future business requirements and represent the voice of the brand as additional digital marketing capabilities/platforms are established
Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, tech environment while managing different stakeholders and vendors
Characteristics and Qualifications Preferred
You are a passionate and self-driven individual who projects trust and credibility and can perform strategically as well as navigate a fast-paced and unexplored startup environment
5+ years digital marketing experience, B2B/Med-tech/Healthcare experience preferred
Demonstrable experience developing and implementing successful co-marketing, email, SEM, social media and display advertising campaigns
Proven record of contributing to product launches and brand/portfolio growth
Demonstrated excellence in project management with a proven track record of effectively managing multiple projects/priorities simultaneously.
Experience managing multiple vendors/agencies
Solid understanding of website metrics and best practices
Developing KPI’s and dashboards to measure performance through Analytical and/or CRM SW (ex: Hubspot/Google Analytics, Salesforce, etc)
Strong written and verbal communication skills – displays developed interpersonal skills: team orientation, ability to communicate at all levels
Comfortable learning technical/scientific concepts quickly
Strong presentation skills, especially to senior management
Bachelor’s degree required – BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or equivalent
Advanced understanding of marketing best practices when targeting Health Care Providers (HCP’s) and Patients is preferred but not required
Good sense of humor, Team oriented with a low ego or no ego
Strong work ethic with a drive to get things done – able to roll with changing circumstances and priorities based on business needs
Resourceful, hands on, fearless and results oriented
