About The Role
100 Thieves is currently looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who is passionate about gaming, culture, and influencer marketing. This role is for an individual that is equal parts creative and analytical that is eager to apply their entrepreneurial spirit to a new division of the 100 Thieves organization. The ideal candidate will work directly with the Director of Marketing on the digital marketing strategy to support the larger go-to-market strategy, launch and beyond. This individual should have a proven track record of planning and executing all facets of digital marketing including email, social, web, and influencer that directly correlate with engagement and sales goals.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute all aspects of digital marketing including email, social media, web, text, influencer – all with precision and detail.
Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of projects and campaigns
Be the eyes, ears, and voice of the consumer, applying your understanding of consumer behavior to influence marketing plans
Act as a key stakeholder go-to-market strategy, spearheading launch planning and execution on digital/social platforms
Collaborate with key stakeholders on content and communication across digital and social channels to drive growth and engagement ensuring all projects are properly briefed
Responsible for overall website development and updates, online customer experience, growth, and KPI performance
Facilitate the customer journey through all stages of the digital marketing funnel
Establish a strategy for online customer acquisition and retention
Requirements
6+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, CPG and D2C brand experience preferred
Passionate about staying on top of gaming, pop/internet trends, and youth culture
Proven experience in website development, optimizing pages and sales funnels; as well as creating and launching digital marketing campaigns
Impeccable communication and writing skills
Strategic and creative thinker with a successful track record of delivering meaningful brand and marketing initiatives across multiple, digital touch points
Diligent with reporting and sharing key learnings, with a proven track record of optimizing programs and initiatives with agility to meet goals
Fluent in Social Media best practices and trends, including but not limited to Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Twitch
Knowledge working on influencer-led initiatives
Strong project management and communication skills with the desire to thrive in a fast paced collaborative environment
Experience with Google Analytics, Hubspot, Klavio, Shopify, or similar
