Working as part of the Digital team and reporting into the Digital Marketing Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for high quality management and delivery of output across all NHSP digital channels and associated brands. The role will have particular emphasis on social media engagement and growth, as well as working across our various marketing channels including website, e-mail and content.
This role will manage the delivery of the day to day digital marketing activities across B2B and B2C audiences which support the aims and objectives of the business. The post holder will help to shape the evolving goals of the Marketing & Brand team, and work with wider key functions such as Solutions, Product, International, Business Development and Implementation, to ensure digital and content channels are utilised fully to benefit of candidates, clients and colleagues.
This role will:
support the business in the delivery of effective communications through our established social media platforms and digital channels – both candidate and client facing
support the business by developing comprehensive content calendars for our digital platforms – both curated and created
provide expert digital insight and support for effective brand promotion and protection
improve engagement with external stakeholders by supporting effective digital communication for NHSP audiences
Our established marketing team stretch across the entire customer journey – attraction and engagement, client and candidate – and our digital first mindset means this role sits at the very heart of our services. Key responsibilities include:
Identify, coordinate and fulfil digital marketing activities across relevant audiences
Work closely with the team, advising on the delivery of digital campaigns that are highly optimised, including campaign tracking, conversion and meeting best practice
Build and maintain relationships with staff group teams to understand how social media and digital can support their business requirements.
About The Candidate
To be successful in this post you will need to be able to demonstrate strong digital experience across the marketing mix. This will be underpinned by a related academic background (degree-level) and the ability to develop and deliver a social media and overall digital channel strategy for our external stakeholders for the benefit of the business.
The post holder will also need to be a strong communicator, be able to work in a fast paced environment and have effective stakeholder management skills. While marketing experience in the NHS, healthcare or recruitment are not essential, they would be advantageous.
