Digital Marketing Director (Pasadena, CA 91101)We’re looking for a results-driven digital marketing professional with a proven track record to drive our brand’s fintech platform (investment portal) growth efforts. You will report directly to the CEO/COO and work closely with the executive management team in pursuit of the firm’s fintech customer acquisition and revenue growth.The Renewable Energy Industry growth will accelerate in 2021 as the new administration starts to execute on a platform that includes rejoining the Paris Climate Accord, investing $2 trillion in clean energy, and fully decarbonizing the power sector by 2035 in order to achieve a larger goal of net-zero carbon emissions by 2050. A new administration is expected to wield its executive authority to facilitate the deployment of renewables. The global renewable energy market is expected to grow to over 1.1 trillion U.S. dollars by 2027 and we’re looking for someone to help us capture significant market share in the online investing (crowdfunding) space.Energy Shares is a new, innovative SEC/FINRA registered broker-dealer based in Pasadena, CA whose parent company Solariant Capital is a well-respected renewable energy global project leader with unparalleled experience in vetting significant renewable energy investments.To excel in this role, you’ll need to· Bring robust knowledge and experience with SEO, paid search,· Email/SMS marketing, affiliate marketing,· Display advertising, social media marketing,· Website UX development and optimization, and more.· Additionally, you will have the responsibility of proposing, planning, budgeting, and forecasting our digital marketing efforts. You will need strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills. A good understanding on how to relay analytic data will help you excel as you will be responsible for reporting detailed analysis of our digital marketing strategies to the executive management team on a weekly basis. With a still developing regulatory environment, the Renewable Energy investments industry presents some unique challenges to traditional digital marketing – a creative, entrepreneurial skill set will be paramount in this role.· You will be responsible for rapidly growing our fintech investment presence, traffic, and conversion through superior digital marketing strategies.This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a booming industry and have influence over the growth and direction of our brand. Ultimately, we’re looking to add a high-level professional that has a proven, quantifiable track record of growing customer acquisition and revenue through a multitude of creative and effective digital marketing strategies.What You’ll Do: 1) Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies that are focus on driving fintech platform customer acquisition and revenue growth.2) Plan, execute, and optimize all digital marketing campaigns and initiatives across SEO, SEM, paid search, email/SMS, affiliate programs, retargeting advertising, display advertising, social media, and more.3) Generate new and grow existing affiliate marketing partnerships through expert keyword analysis and strongly built relationships.4) Allocate and optimize budgets across campaigns and digital marketing strategies to achieve revenue goals.
