Our client is actively hiring for a Full Time Remote Digital Marketing Concierge starting immediately! Digital Marketing Concierges are responsible for overseeing the managing, ordering, tracking, and communication on behalf of our internal clients as it relates to the Listing Concierge program.
Job Description
Manage and track all incoming orders assigned to them and set reminders for key milestone dates in the ordering process to fulfill orders within our promised timeframe
Create and manage social and physical media content creation including proofing and posting
Be able to nimbly move between our internal and external vendor systems to execute our orders expeditiously
Manage communication to internal agent clients and respond to marketing requests
Escalate and troubleshoot any systems issues or agent questions to Management immediately
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with basic Microsoft Office and Google based platforms
Ability to work at a fast pace
Attention to detail and organization
Salary & Information
This is a remote position working full time Monday through Friday 9AM-5PM
$18.00 per hour
