Job Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS::
Assist with maintenance of internal and external websites.
Management of Harrell’s multiple social media accounts across FaceBook, Twitter, Instagram and any other relevant social media channels
Conducting market research and employing online marketing analytics to gather information from web and social media pages.
Content management of Harrell’s portfolio of websites; work with Content Specialist to generate new content, posting blogs and ensuring that all pages and company information is kept up-to-date.
Coordination of Harrell’s e-marketing schedule, building and sending emails
Keeping up-to-date with current digital trends and suggesting new ideas to enhance the digital strategy of the organization.
Provide customer support to internal customers while maintaining vendor relations
Administrative or other marketing support to assist with the efficient running of the department, as and when required.
EDUCATION::
Bachelor’s degree is required. Marketing, Business or Communication major is preferred. Knowledge of agronomy is a plus.
WORK EXPERIENCE::
Two-three years experience is preferred.
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS::
SKILLS :AND ABILITIES::
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Social Media Platforms and WordPress is required.
Working knowledge of Smartsheet, Trello, MailChimp, Survey Monkey, and Canto Flight is preferred.
Strong analytic and research skills are required.
Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work independently successfully, as well as, ability to work collectively in a team environment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS::
Daily communicating with internal and external customers – must be able to talk, hear, see, and comprehend.
The use of a computer and phone – Must be able to see, type, write, grasp, and sit; must be able to use a mobile phone.
Mobility of arms – Must be able to reach, and use arms to manipulate small objects.
Mobility inside the office to access filing cabinets, office machines, and supplies – must be able to move about the office space, stand for extended period of time, reach, bend, and occasionally lift up to 65 pounds.
