Everything we do, we do in the service of our community.Position OverviewIf you are a creative problem solver with experience in developing reporting systems, defining ecomm and marketing KPIs, and planning data-driven initiatives to drive revenue unlocks, keep reading.This position will help guide the strategic direction of the company through strong and concise data analytics. You will own Foria’s end-to-end data pipeline: site analytics, marketing analytics, KPI measurement, and the analysis of first- and third-party consumer data. In addition, you will be responsible for packaging and presenting actionable recommendations to internal partners and the executive team. You will champion a consumer-obsessed and data-driven culture across Foria, empowering the brand and business to win with consumers and unlock greater growth potential.This role will report to our Director of Ecommerce, and work closely with cross-functional teams.Primarily responsibilitiesWork cross-functionally to integrate analytics into all strategic ecomm & marketing conversations to help Foria become a data-driven and analytics-forward organizationIdentify success metrics, KPIs, benchmarks, and opportunities for micro and macro improvements to unlock new revenue growth potentialWork with the ecomm team on website testing and optimization, tagging cleanup, customer journey mapping and optimization.Work with paid media and ecommerce teams to lower CAC and increase LTV by testing different audiences, new talent, creative, placement, and copyPartner with paid media team to analyze and optimize attribution, traffic sources to landing pagesAnalyze effectiveness of marketing campaigns run through multiple channels (including but not limited to Email, FBIG, Google, online, direct mail, partnerships), develop attribution model, and actionable insights for media mix optimizationsCreate benchmarks for all types of campaigns/marketing tactics: Product Launches, National Campaigns, Retail Promotions, Sales (Online & Retail), PartnershipsUtilize qualitative data gleaned from consumer surveys to evolve consumer personas and identify insights to help inform marketing communications, site experience, and product innovationPerform and regularly monitor cohort and web conversion funnel analysis to identify key user behavior trendsModel out different scenarios for paid media testing and forecasting, optimizing towards LTVModel out marketing budgets, revenue & customer projectionsCreate, automate, and refine reporting for website and marketing channel performance. Build data visualizations and interactive dashboards. Provide ongoing actionable insights.Qualifications: 4+ years reporting/analysis experience in web & marketing analyticsStrong SQL skillsAdvanced knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Heatmapping, A/B testing, Shopify, etc) and BI solutions (Looker, Tableau, Periscope, Mode)Experience with online & offline marketing channel analysis, platforms, and execution for retention and acquisition campaignsKnowledge of dashboard creation within data visualization platformsExperience with tag management platformsA relentless focus on consumer behaviorA collaborative mindset and working stylePassion for the wellness industryStrong communication and data visualization skills – can translate complex concepts into everyday terms to influence both peers and senior leadershipProactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing shifting timelines and prioritiesUndergraduate degree, preferably in Marketing, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related fieldForia is an equal opportunity employer.
