Greenlots is looking for a Digital Marketing Advisor to join our team. Greenlots’ Marketing & Communications department aims to inform, inspire, and motivate businesses to electrify their transportation through engaging storytelling. Individuals that join our Marketing department are natural storytellers and passionate about sustainability, renewable energy, and clean transportation.
What you’ll do:
Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop digital marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
Enhance the Greenlots brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
Lead the execution of digital marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies and create brand trust.
Manage and develop integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned and earned marketing channels focused on B2B brand awareness and lead generation
Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
Lead email marketing strategy to engage existing customers and build new audiences
Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
Identifies and evaluates new digital technologies and develop and utilize Web analytic tools to measure site traffic to better optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media and display and search advertising

What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Experience With CRM Software
Excellent written, verbal and influencing communication skills
Successful Paid Advertisement Campaigns
Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
Proficiency with email marketing, digital marketing, and social media strategy
Ability to think like a Greenlots consumer and utilize this viewpoint in developing marketing campaigns
Passionate about sustainability and the enhancement of the future in electric mobility
