We are an established Digital Marketing Agency, and we’re looking for an experienced Account Manager who can represent our growing company as our clients’ primary point of contact. You will help our various division leaders communicate more efficiently with our clients to ensure tasks are handled correctly and on time. This role requires excellent English speaking and writing skills, clear and polite communication, high levels of organization, strong relationship building/maintaining skills, and most importantly a warm and friendly personality!Please do mention to us any direct experience managing the following types of accounts for clients: website development, PPC/social advertising, videography, email marketing, or any other forms of digital marketing. You should have a general understanding of the various forms of digital marketing in order to discuss tasks with our clients, and we will of course provide ample training on these. More so, we are looking for someone with experience in account management who cares about their work and takes pride in perfect execution, even when things get busy.This is primarily a relationship building position, so the candidate we are looking for needs to be extremely trustworthy, confident and diligent. Someone who loves working with people, learning and taking care of people and turning problems into opportunities. You will become part of a team of select individuals on a very specific mission: we are always looking to grow our marketing firm to the next level, and simultaneously continue our philanthropic work through supporting children in need throughout the world.Tasks will include but not limited to:-Communicating with our clients via email, video call and phone-In person meetings with clients in the LA area (must have reliable transportation and be willing to conduct in-person meetings)-Onboarding new accounts as efficiently as possible-Coordinating with our team to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner-Professionally handling any client issues-Communicating to our accounting department to ensure all work is billed-Organizing task and notes using our various software-Monitoring worker’s time to ensure all time is entered and tracked-Assisting production team at on-site filmings-Keeping an eye out for opportunities to grow client accounts-Filing reports as required-Handling special projects and new opportunities as they ariseNice to have:Customer Service ExperienceExperience with various digital marketing servicesExperience with task-management tools such as Trello, Monday, Asana, or ActiveCollabWe are looking for someone to become part of our team, our family.
