Position Overview
The Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD) announces an examination process to create an eligibility list to fill one (1) vacancy for the classification of Digital Content Specialist in the Office of Communications. The eligibility list may be utilized to fill vacancies for this classification for up to four (4) months.
Performs a variety of duties to optimize the Southern Nevada Health District’s messages on social and digital media platforms and to maintain positive relations with between the public and the agency.

Minimum Qualifications
Education and Training:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or a closely related field or equivalent experience.
Experience:
Three (3) years of professional experience developing public information campaigns, with an emphasis on social media and digital platforms.
Desirable Qualifications:
Graphic design, photography, videography experience preferred.
