The Delta Air Lines Digital Content Operations team is seeking a delivery focused, energetic, detail wizard to assist in the production of content for and the Fly Delta app. In this role, you will manage content through the life cycle of creation, approval, activation, and continuous improvement. You will consult with stakeholders and teams across the company to ensure amplifies our core brand message and provides for a customer-centric content experience.
The successful candidate will enjoy investigating how things work and problem solving to create and publish content that millions of customers will see. This candidate will be professional and courteous and must be able to operate as such under pressure in faster-paced sprints. The successful candidate will be open to a flexible schedule including the occasional late night and some weekend coverage.
Drive completion of tasks and procedures for the backlog, large projects, specific team goals, etc. by working with stakeholders, across teams, and prioritized operations
Find and make continuous improvements to content quality, publication processes, content refreshes, reporting, and stakeholder management
Leverage relationships with other teams and other departments to forge new partnerships for leveraging the .com and Fly Delta platforms
Define metrics of success for focus areas and report out to team and leaders success, action plans, and change where needed
Participate in continuous growth and learning around tools used, tools available, content operations, industry standards, industry innovations, and content management
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
At least 3 years experience managing or producing projects or products
Proven track record of successful delivery, meeting deadlines, and working with stakeholders
Experience with Front End Development technologies such as: HTML, CSS, Javascript.
Ability to work well in a team and in high-stress, fast-paced environments
Must be hyper focused on details, accuracy, and quality
Must be able to handle complex problem solving while under significant pressure with a positive attitude, some levity desired
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to take instructions, self-motivated and self-driven
Ideal candidates will have some experience with content management platforms or a proven track record of learning new digital tools quickly

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in marketing, computer science, communications, English, technology, business, or related field
