Overview:

This position, under the general direction of both the supervisor and manager, provides technical support for our award-winning K-12 software systems. This position provides world class solutions-oriented technical support with a strong focus on customer service that is designed to maximum customer satisfaction. This position requires the employee to become proficient with all aspects of the application software functionality in order to accurately analyze, troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve software or system related issues. This position will interact with customers via telephone and written internet based communication.
Responsibilities:

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following.
Prepare enrollment and location forecasts using proprietary company software, Analyze the data to adjust for new trends or changes requested by the customer and Assist clients in understanding and accessing forecasts, and answer questions related to prepared forecasts
Research and evaluate new technologies, develop new systems or work to update or improve current systems
Enter research data into company software systems and/or into company provided data tables
Conduct student generation rate studies, review newly entered residential research data for errors/omissions, draw/edit swelling unit project polygons as necessary, construct conservative phasing table reflective of current market conditions, and upload, generate and post residential research summaries for client assigned
Account for possible project challenges on constraints including risks, time, resources and scope
Assist clients in understanding and accessing forecasts, and answer questions related to prepared forecasts
Participates in the requirements gathering process and assist with school attendance boundary modification
Work closely with project management teams to successfully monitor progress of initiatives
Contact School District personnel, city/county officials and residential development firms in order to collect and aggregate new housing data
Stay current on all key support topics, including product knowledge and required technical and customer support skills
Collaborate with peers and colleagues to best serve needs of customers
Document and track cases using CRM tool
Meet and exceed all expectations and established benchmarks
All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:

To be considered for and to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
Qualifications include:
Bachelor’s in computer science, GIS or STEM major
2+ years of work experience in Analytics field
Experience in web-based services, technology solutions or training services preferred
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel formulae and Database functions required
Salesforce and/or prior CRM experience preferred
Strong technical aptitude with ability to work with data points and draw logical assumptions
Strong time management skills with ability to multi-task, stay organized in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Exemplary customer service and conflict resolution skills
Ability to handle a heavy workload and juggle multiple responsibilities with frequent interruptions and schedule changes
Ability to maintain positive attitude and foster a collaborative and unified work environment
Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
Willing to work in Shifts and in 24X7 work environment
Knowledge of GIS tools, ability to write SQL queries a strong plus
