We are supportive, collaborative and innovative.Our work environment includes:Relaxed atmosphereGrowth opportunitiesFlexible working hoursHiLabs Hiring Customer Success Manager – Fully Remote – United Stateswww.hilabs.comRoles and Responsibilities -We are looking for a customer facing PM/Scrum Master who can confidently lead a global scrum team focused on software and data engineering on Cloud Platform-Manage and co-ordinate delivery and agile rituals including sprint and release planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other activitiesProvide targeted communication to all stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of dependencies, deliverables, and issuesTrack features, defects, and delivery timeframes and prioritize work accordinglyMaintain sprint flow by managing risks and removing blockersDevelop an effective change management plan ensuring that the required change is achievedAssist in effort estimation, forecasting and people managementGuide teams to be self-organized, promote a collaborative team environment that foster creativity, innovation, continuous improvement and celebrate successesDegree in Computers/IT is preferred5+ years of Project Management experiencePMP/CSM certifications are preferredHands on experience in JIRA or similar tool and work in agile environmentStrong stakeholder management skills to gain consensus and deliver outcomeJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $100,000.00 – $200,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Flexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:Bonus payWork Location: Remote
