At this moment, we’re rated as an “Excellent” based on 500+ reviews on Review.io.Introduction of this PositionThe Customer Support Manager will be responsible for replying to client email tickets, coordinating provider’s online practice schedule, listening to and answering customers’ questions, and recommending telepsychiatry services accordingly.
