We are looking for an entry level creative person with sales and customer service skills. Someone who has experience in the customer service aspect of business and is willing to go above and beyond to ensure the customer is happy. If you are applying, you should have knowledge with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.Your responsibilities will include:* Heavy Order processing.* Answering customer phone calls.* Maintaining customer records and updating account information.* Opening new customer accounts.* Order and credit card processing.* Processing product returns and replacements.* Creating shipping labels.* Assisting on special projects.* Assisting the Sales team.-No sales experience required!Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)Paid time offPaid trainingSchedule:Monday to FridayCOVID-19 considerations:We all take covid precautions and wear masks at the office.Work Location: One location
