GENERAL SUMMARY: This position is responsible for managing all bank sponsored meals. They would will work closely with executive management to prepare or oversee the provision of meals for customer entertainment, community outreach, employee meetings, and corporate events. This position works closely with executive management and the Director of Marketing to coordinate all meals and events.JOB REQUIREMENTS: 1. Ability to cook for groups ranging in size from 4 – 45.2. High organizational and planning skills.3. Ability to develop a budget and maintain department records.4. Ability to communicate effectively with executive officers, bank staff, customers and food distributers.5. Associates degree with five years of experience as a restaurant or corporate chef or in the catering business.6. Must have knowledge of commonly used cooking concepts, practice and procedures including food safety practices.7. Must be able to use and maintain the proper equipment to prepare and deliver food in a safe and orderly manner.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Must cook, prepare and organize service or coordinate catering for all bank sponsored events, including executive lunches, board meetings, sympathy meals, cookouts and full –service business meals.2. Responsible for maintaining the dining room and event calendar.3. Accountable for ordering and shopping for all items needed for any event.4. Responsible for managing any kitchen or delivery staff.5. In charge of cleaning and maintenance of kitchen and kitchen equipment.6. Adheres to existing information security procedures and protocols in order to preserve the integrity of data on the bank’s systems.7.
