Will assist in ordering and helping with COGS for corporate locations and support franchisees with any questions they might have. Will assist with menu offerings and enhancements when necessary. Responsible to help train all franchisees and ensure they are compliant with L&L brand standards. This position is required to travel to assist in all L&L new store openings. They will be responsible to ensure that franchise owners and team members are trained in all aspects of the operation. Assist in the new openings of all L&L restaurants. New store openings will require this position to help train newly hired team members on how to properly prep and cook all the core L&L menu items. Corporate Chef’s will also be in charge of supporting the Training and Quality Control Manager in ensuring all BOH SOPs are75%2Food Quality and Food SafetyEnsure food quality and food safety in all aspects of production. All processes and procedures are done using the L&L Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).10%5Cost of Goods/Inventory – Support/ManagementSupport the Training and Quality Control manager in ensure the COGS for Mixed Plate and L & L are within the proper monthly allowance. Help franchisees during new store openings to ensure their COGS and Inventory are consistent for their location.5%6Menu Enhancement & Product DevelopmentAssist with menu enhancement and product development for L&L as well as MixPlate by L&L.5%Total Weighting % – Must add up to 100%100%PART IICOMMUNICATION & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS(People & levels & reasons within and outside the Company with which the job has to interact)Work Relationships1.
