Assist in the new openings of all L&L restaurants. New store openings will require this position to help train newly hired team members on how to properly prep and cook all the core L&L menu items. Corporate Chef’s will also be in charge of supporting the Training and Quality Control Manager in ensuring all BOH SOPs are75%2Food Quality and Food SafetyEnsure food quality and food safety in all aspects of production. All processes and procedures are done using the L&L Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).10%5Cost of Goods/Inventory – Support/ManagementSupport the Training and Quality Control manager in ensure the COGS for Mixed Plate and L & L are within the proper monthly allowance.
