Summary of Position
Lionsgate has an immediate opening for an Operations Coordinator in the Content Operations & Strategy group. As a member of the staff, you are expected to serve an operational role liaising with all segments of business including Sales, Integrated Marketing, Product Fulfillment, Finance, Information Technology and Business Affairs. In the course of day to day activity, you will analyze rights, schedule and avail Lionsgate’s expanding catalog in packaged and digital media, marshal assets through the home entertainment supply chain and derive best practices from continuously and passionately analyzing pre- and post-mortem content lifecycle trends. Further, this position will be a key component of administrating industry standardization initiatives and objectives as applicable to Lionsgate.
In support of these functions, you will be part of a dynamic team in a rapidly growing segment of our industry. Required skills include: keen attention to detail amidst vast amounts of product, components, dates and data; strong communication skills both internally and externally; passion/knowledge for Lionsgate movies, TV and the industry as a whole; the ability to evaluate and problem solve within the technical areas of programming and distribution; the ability to construct, report, and draw conclusions from complex datasets.

Responsibilities
Comprehend and apply contractual terms, pricing policies, revenue models and various business structures to distribution of digital media and physical goods
Manage timelines/release schedules for worldwide Home Entertainment supply chain initiatives, from varying grantors and distribution libraries, including title re-releases and new-to-format
Assist with design, implementation and management of systems, process and data related to worldwide home entertainment
Source content availabilities through worldwide rights management and advise on collision testing entire Lionsgate catalog for multiple distribution channels
Track, analyze and communicate key quantitative and qualitative metrics – and apply lessons learned from the metrics in Lionsgate’s business
Pinpoint and eliminate bottlenecks in Lionsgate’s digital supply chain process that undermine progress on systems or procedural enhancements
Track and ensure delivery of all packaged and digital media assets, metadata and ancillary materials as needed
Successfully engage with varying levels of management at Lionsgate, retail partners and industry as a whole
Responsibilities Cont.
Support greater operations management team in marshalling platform-specific metadata under current industry specifications and quality control efforts
Devise and project manage release scheduling & content availing process for 3rd party distribution deals
Execute product information setups, pricing and revisions daily or as needed in communicating to all manner of Lionsgate supply chain partners
Maintain new release scheduling breakdown and distribute monthly active title list for partner licensing
Other duties and/or special projects as assigned
Experience & Skills
Prior experience in content operations, distribution services and/or technical and product integration within the entertainment industry required (film/TV preferred)
Multi-tiered content distribution model experience, including ad-supported/FAST, subscription, transactional, linear/broadcast and non-theatrical experience/ relationships strongly preferred
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, with an advanced skill set in Excel (macros / VBA, formulas and pivot tables)
Enterprise-level SaaS tools (i.e. SAP) a plus
Ability to juggle competing priorities, think strategically and translate those thoughts into action plans
Adept at forging and maintaining relationships in a way that builds trust, fosters innovation, solves problems and reflects the integrity and core values of our department and Lionsgate
