We are currently hiring a Content Manager who will be responsible for creating, analysing and overseeing content production. You will also play a critical role in ensuring that product, promotional, and informational content is presented in an effective manner, in line with brand guidelines.
About the Role
This position is responsible for the day-to-day running and maintenance of company websites, this includes quality assurance of content across the company as well as working with various internal teams to ensure their content needs are met for 9 countries.
Experience working on Task Management tools like Clickup/Asana
Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and to priorities competing commitments
Managing relationships with external agencies and partners
Setting tone, style and voice of all the brand content
Plan and execute a content strategy that drives high engagement
Collect, monitor and analyse website metrics, and make improvements accordingly
Understanding of content marketing tactics, such as SEO and digital advertising.
Collaborate with country and channel managers to create promotional concepts
Manage the distribution of content across all channels and countries.
You have at least 3 years experience within a similar role
You are truly passionate about writing and are able to critique other people’s work.
Experience of writing product based content.
A good understanding of how to sell a product via words.
Excellent verbal and writing skills in English
Understanding of German/Italian/French language would be an advantage
An understanding of how industry regulatory constraints can affect how you write about a product or service.
Ability to create content briefs for the international freelancers to work upon.
Ability to multitask and communicate with freelancers and content writers from different countries.
Knowledge and application of SEO would be advantageous.
Flawless grammar and spelling and attention to detail.
Intelligent, a strong work ethic and an amazing attitude.
Understanding of the ecommerce industry would be advantageous.
