RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES(70%) Drive, Deliver and Unload ProductSafely drive assigned straight truck safely on designated route(s) to deliver product to Domino’s Pizza stores; required to run routes as part of a team or as a single driver. Some overnight stays may be requiredSafely deliver product by sliding tray and product from truck bed to lift gate/ramp to dolliesVerify dough, store cooler and trailer temperatures at each stop and accuracy of deliverySafely load product onto dolly and unload product at each customer location. Rotate stock in cooler, then move delivered product into coolerPick up damaged or unsold product; empty tray containers and deliver to Supply Chain CenterSafely reposition and secure remaining product/tray containers in truckafter each deliveryOccasionally collect non-cash COD’s from customersListen to and timely resolve customer service complaintsRequired to wear and follow Domino’s Pizza uniform standards at all timesAttend scheduled safety, team meetings and training sessionsFollow all safety rules and guidelines, DOT/CSA regulations, DrOP, company policies and procedures, working in a safe manner at all timesPerform other duties as assigned by Manager and/or Director(30%) Complete Necessary PaperworkResponsible for verifying and securing load prior to dispatchEnsure you have required safety equipment before dispatchPerform pre-trip and post-trip safety vehicle inspections at every stopComply with DOT log regulations by using on-board computer system or paper logging proceeduresReport any and all accidents (immediately or within 2 hours) injuries (immediately or end of shift), tickets/citations in company or personal vehicle to team leader within 24 hoursAccountable for the vehicle and productQUALIFICATIONSHigh School Diploma or GEDMust be at least 23 years of age1 year of verifiable driving experience or proof of 50,000 miles of CMV driving experienceMust have and maintain a valid class B Commercial Driver’s License [CDL] with appropriate endorsementsMust meet the defined MVR standards at all times to remain qualified to drive company commercial motor vehicleMust successfully pass a background checks every third year on your anniversary datePHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSAbility to stand and/or walk for long periods of time, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and 100 lbs. on occasion, perform heavy pushing/pulling of product, work in refrigerated conditions [33-38 degrees], and work in environment with exposure to loud machinery, when necessaryONE BRAND.
