Job Summary
Working as a Chef Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of foodservice operations in keeping with all corporate and brand standards. You will maximize profitability as well as guest and team member satisfaction. You will communicate with property owners and corporate offices, as required. You will ensure the development and execution of strategic sales and marketing initiatives
Key Responsibilities:Oversees the culinary operations and activities of the facility including multiple outlets plus off-premise cateringCreates menus using the locally grown productManages a dynamic, passionate team dedicated to delivering superb cuisine and Platinum Service
Preferred Qualifications:Minimum of Associate’s degree in Culinary ArtsThree to five years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining setting, or restaurant with inventory and purchasing knowledge and controlGood knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentationKnowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirableServSafe certified is a plus
