Full Time Salary Position available.
Schedule – Primarily Days with occasional evenings, rotating weekends and holiday coverage.
Experience:
High volume/institutional production
2-3 years minimum experience.
Demonstrate Culinary Creativity
Proven Leadership Experience
Key responsibilities –
Train/Mentor/Supervise all cooks
Menu development, implementation and execution,
Monitor/Track and ensure all departmental sanitation standards are in compliance with regulatory authorities
Knowledge of all cooking positions and being flexible to cover schedules as needed,
Participate/Compete/Represent Hospital in Community Cooking Events
Track/Monitor/Reduce Food Waste
Communicate Effective with subordinates, customers, and publicly
