Hotel Saint Vincent is looking for a Chef de Cuisine to lead the San Lorenzo team! San Lorenzo is Hotel Saint Vincent’s signature, all-day restaurant, named for the patron saint of cooks, is an ode to coastal Italian cooking with regional New Orleans influences as well. The timeless design is a bit grand with lush modern touches and includes outdoor seating. Menu highlights include Grilled Creole Oysters, Scampi Risotto, and Gulf Flounder Piccata.This will be a dynamic position that requires meticulous time management, inspired cooking, mentorship, and organization. Duties include but are not limited to the following:Overseeing food quality from procurement, production to execution daily to ensure successful, delicious, and profitable services.Menu updates and changes: organization, tastings, recipes, costing, and implementationMaintenance of San Lorenzo to Orleans Parish Health Dept.
