Beverage servers are the heart-beat of the casino, making sure guests feel welcomed, special and have a memorable experience. As a Beverage servers you must be attentive – anticipating casino guests’ beverage needs. They are responsible for maintaining knowledge of the beverage menu and any specialty items, provides quick, professional service, while maintaining a tidy, well stocked beverage area. Beverage servers take pride in keeping their areas clean and bussed.
. Requirements:
Complies with all alcohol awareness and service policies and procedures with regard to alcohol service.
Provides friendly and courteous beverage service to guests
Accurately records sales via the casino’s POS system
Is reliable and meets attendance standards as well as flexible to meet special event needs and schedules.
Must acquire and maintain a valid Food Handlers Card, Alcohol Awareness Certification, Suspicious Activity and other required compliance training
Education and/or Experience
Experienced in working in a fast-paced, high volume fine dining, casual, and/or nightclub is preferred.
In-depth wine and alcohol knowledge is preferred.
2-year’s Food Service job experience required.
