This is an additional position created to expand our successful Business Development Team and can be a remote working position in the UK.

Our Business Development Representative is responsible for effective prospecting, as well as driving marketing campaign opportunities with existing and new clients through exceptional relationship building. What You Will Do
As Business Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our sales prospects, develop a deep understanding of customer needs and create qualified prospects for the sales team.
This position will include understanding our solutions in order to identify client needs, understanding what constitutes a qualified marketing lead and persistent follow-up and follow-through via phone, email and our online order systems.
To break it down, your responsibilities will include:
Creating a great first impression, nurturing warm prospects, maintaining the relationship, and assessing the prospects pain points and drivers for the purchase decision
Proactively calling prospects and using problem solving skills to encourage customers to explore our products.
Developing and completing prospect specific engagement plans so Teletrac Navman is front of mind through the prospect’s buying cycle
Engaging with prospects as part of follow up on marketing campaigns
Utilising sales and marketing software platforms (Salesforce and SalesLoft) to maximise effectiveness
Partnering with experienced Account Executives to increase their sales pipeline
Maintaining activity to develop business demand to help achieve monthly goals and targets
Continuously increase your product knowledge by working closely with our training and product specialists

What will help you succeed in this role:
1+ years of B2B experience in inside sales, telemarketing or customer centric role with good cold calling skills and techniques
A strong self-motivated desire and ability to hit targets and exceed expectations
Ability to really listen to a prospect and their day-to-day challenges; identify the key needs of a prospect and translate those needs into possible solution-sets; and build rapport with prospects and customers over the phone and via email
A can-do, problem solving attitude and ability to be a team player and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Competent with Microsoft and the ability to learn new software packages

Experience working with, SalesLoft
Experience working in a SaaS organization

Salary £25,000 to £26,000 dependent on skills and experience. Potential to earn more by meeting KPI’s.
