Through our comprehensive developmental therapy and digital tools, we will help more children achieve the outcomes that are most relevant to themselves and their families as they achieve greater growth, independence, and joy.About the Role: Positive Development is seeking an experienced relationship builder to develop our presence in our Southern California, Florida, and New Jersey markets. The Community Relations Manager will be responsible for bringing in new referral sources in those markets by effectively and ethically building relationships with a variety of partners such as pediatricians, diagnosticians, and non-profits.Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will work cross-functionally with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders to drive our sales and marketing strategy as we work to establish ourselves as the leading provider of pediatric developmental therapy in the country.Responsibilities: Educate referral partners such as pediatricians, diagnosticians, parent groups and nonprofits on Positive Development’s clinical approach, Developmental Relationship Behavioral Intervention (DRBI), the research supporting our clinical model and how our model compares with traditional Autism interventions.Develop close relationships with community referral sources through in -person engagement such as educational lunches, office drop in visits, professional seminars and conferences.Identify and build relationships with industry influencers and consultants both in- person and social media channels such as LinkedIn.Partner with PD Marketing and the regional PD CA clinical team to identify and participate in promotional opportunities across all markets such as speaking engagements, community events and conferences.Support and help manage a wide variety of sales and marketing initiatives on the ground.Leverage internal PD tools to track your progress, document relationships and interactions with referral sources.Meet or exceed established goals related to referral source development and resulting client inquiries.Requirements: BA or BS Degree5+ years of experience in a sales or partnerships roleHealthcare industry background and existing relationships in the pediatric health care industry are a significant plus.Experience with cold outreach via phone, email, Linkedin, etc.Great oral and written communication skillsStrong sense of independence and self-motivation to consistently exceed goalsStartup mentality with an ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.Strong attention to detail and problem- solving skillsJob Type: Full-timePay: From $110,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible scheduleFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountPaid time offParental leaveRetirement planSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayWork Location: Multiple Locations
