Purpose of the RoleTo ensure the effective leadership and Growth of the Phase 3 Consulting brand, supporting the development and growth of the Consultancy services on offer and leading innovation for new Consulting and managed payroll opportunities. Ensure ongoing business development and sales for all Phase 3 brands, working closely with the Sales and Marketing Team.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for:1. Achieving your monthly sales target2. Generating new leads and nurturing existing or new clients3. Develop and maintain sales pipeline4. Following up new business opportunities and setting up/attending meetings5. Planning and preparing for meetings with clients, offering follow up with calls to action for you and for the client6. Uncover customer needs beyond what may have been initially obvious to the prospect7. Provide highly accurate and detailed proposals to clients to ensure Phase 3 Consulting services are communicated clearly, effectively and with the correct cost8. Communicating new Consulting developments to prospective clients9. Working with the marketing team to ensure Consulting is effectively marketed and sales collateral is in place10. Regularly updating internal sales systems and CRM to ensure client data is accurate and well maintained11. Attend management meetings to report on progress and provide feedback to your peers on business development12. Form close relationships with clients and act as the point of escalation for any issues or requests from clients13. Ensure resources are effectively allocated across the Services and Consulting team to ensure the best possible return on staff investment14. Ensure Consultancy delivered is high quality and effective to maintain the brand reputation of Phase 315. Identify new and innovative Consultancy and other appropriate services which could be offered by Phase 3 and develop business cases for the potential benefits to Phase 3 of offering those services16. Always seek new ways to impress clients and offer Consultancy packages which are tailored to them and ensure the maximum profit for Phase 317. Support events and networking opportunities to continually expand the reach of Phase 318. Communicate effectively with all other members of the Sales and Marketing teams at Phase 3 to ensure client ownership and continuity19. Represent Phase 3 at client and partner events20. Take responsibility for the Phase 3 associate pool and ensuring associates are engaged and able to take work for Phase 321.
