E*TRADE Financial is looking for an AVP, Internal Product Management to join our Service Enablement team, with a focus on our CRM Entitlement and Provisioning along with management of the Service Enablement Project Portfolio.
Responsibilities will include determining entitlements and provisioning of our homegrown CRM, ongoing documentation of changes and decisioning on entitlements for existing new functionality. The AVP will work closely with the VP to begin to build out entitlement and provisioning for Salesforce Service Cloud as we begin to move our E*TRADE Customer Service teams to use Salesforce of the next three years. Working with stakeholders across Customer Service and Risk, the AVP will be responsible for detailed understanding of current profiles and permissions and make recommendations on level of access based on current role and profiles. Additionally, the AVP will assist the VP taking on some Program Management responsibilities managing the entire Service Enablement body of work including regular progress reports, release notes and quarterly recaps of deliverables.
Documentation of internal CRM roles, profiles
Ongoing analysis, reporting and documentation of entitlement changes
Identification and resolution of areas where entitlements may expose risk
Update and maintain CRM governance process
Assist VP of Service Enablement leadership in tracking and reporting of project and enhancement portfolio
Partner with business stakeholders to determine appropriate access based on user roles keeping customer service experience, business process, and technology solutions in mind.
Collaborate with internal groups including Customer Service, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Risk/Oversight and Operations as part of support activities and new product implementations.
Identify and lead resolution of processes and problems in a timely fashion to negate or minimize business impact.
Hands-on functional testing and validation of business requirements and system functionality in conjunction with Quality Assurance and product management teams.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
Demonstrated ability to develop strong business relationships, drive innovation and establish best practices.
Ability to work collaboratively within all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to deliver to aggressive timelines.
Ability to effectively manage through change.
Prefer 5+ years background in Customer/Participant Service and/or financial services industry required.
Product Management, Product Development, Business Analysis, or Management Consulting experiences and/or related experience required.
Must have excellent analytical, problem solving, and collaboration skills.
Must have superior communication and presentation skills (written, verbal, and technical).
Execution oriented and able to balance a strategic mindset with a hands-on team-player attitude toward tackling tactical work.
