JPMC’s Attack Simulation organization is looking to expand its team with a Findings Management Lead. The primary focus of this role will include developing and executing an Attack Simulation wide sustainable framework for the dispositioning and communication of identified control weaknesses-technical, process, or people-to relevant application, system, or Product owners at the firm. This framework should highlight a risk management-based approach to responding to discovered control weaknesses. This role will manage findings dispositioning from Cybersecurity Red Team operations, Tabletop Exercises, Operational Drills, and Social Engineering Tests and the successful candidate will have a proven track record in clear and concise communication, technical writing, and understanding the breadth of Line of Business-specific systems and Products deployed across the firm. Additionally, the candidate will be able to demonstrate in-depth knowledge and experience around computer networking fundamentals, modern threats and vulnerabilities, and attack methodologies.
This position is anticipated to require the use of one or more High Security Access (HSA) systems. Users of these systems are subject to enhanced screening which includes both criminal and credit background checks, and/or other enhanced screening at the time of accepting the position and on an annual basis thereafter. The enhanced screening will need to be successfully completed prior to commencing employment or assignment.
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.

Knowledge of Cybersecurity organization practices, operations, risk management processes, principles, architectural requirements, engineering and threats and vulnerabilities, including incident response methodologies.

Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams, senior leaders, and technical individuals throughout the firm to effectively articulate risk and drive change.

Experience with Agile and can work with at least one of the common frameworks is highly desired.

Ability to analyze vulnerabilities, threats, tactics, procedures, and architectural design with a focus on recommendations for enhancements or remediation.

5+ years of Information Security experience. Candidate should have the ability to understand technical findings related to security control weaknesses, communicate those findings clearly to stakeholders, and track ownership or remediation of the findings to closure.

5+ years of Systems Engineering, Project Management, or Information Technology Management experience in support of multiple Line of Business applications or systems at the firm.

Strong understanding of the following: Atlassian Tools (Jira and Confluence), Microsoft PowerPoint, networking fundamentals (all OSI layers, protocols), Windows/Linux/Unix/Mac operating systems, and software vulnerability and exploitation techniques.

Previous experience with security tools or technology such as Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Web Proxies, and DLP and the ability to articulate and visually present complex technical results is highly desirable.

Helpful qualifications include: Intelligence Community/Security Services background, understanding of financial sector or other large security and IT infrastructures, and relevant certifications such as CISSP, Offensive Security (OSCP, OSEP, OSED, OSEE, OSCE), SANS (GPEN, GXPN, GWAPT), CREST/Tiger Scheme Certified Tester, and detailed knowledge of current international best practices in privacy and information security.
