Job Description
Job Summary
As a Content Writer you will be responsible for creating, developing and implementing creative content across all digital channels. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent web content writing skills. You would be required to do thorough research on industry-related topics, generate ideas for new content types and proofread articles before publication.

Produce well-researched content for publications, online channels and formats, and print

Create monthly content calendar and execute it across channels

Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics, current benchmark trends & audience preferences in order to develop original content

Ideating and working on repurposing industry and business relevant content into self-sufficient capsules for each platform

Optimize social media posts (language, tone, message) based on our target audience’s behaviors

Coordinate with internal teams to create advertising posts (e.g. for events, open roles and product releases)

Work with the web development and design teams to produce content in the forms of blogs, articles, videos, imagery and web copy that meets company’s aims and objectives

Create and follow a strict content development and marketing plan
Minimum 4-6 years of experience as a Content Writer, Copy Writer or a similar role, preferably from a creative/B2B marketing agency

Excellent knowledge of Digital channels, social media, best practices & KPIs

Familiarity with online paid advertising

Ability to execute creative content (text, image & video) along with the team

Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics

Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research

Familiarity with content management systems, web design and publishing

Bachelor’s Degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Advertising or relevant field

Creative thinking

Ability to add an innovative touch to work at hand & think on your feet

Passionate about the latest trends in digital marketing and global campaigns

Quick conceptualization of ideas

Up-to-date on creative trends

Multi-tasking with high levels of tenacity
